Awesome "customer experience". Jesse hooked it up and the hold music was rather kickass. I guess it's "Swing" weekend at GoDaddy.
I asked Jesse if I could speak with his manager after he was done with me ; "Uhh… why?""To talk you up, man!"
"Okay. I'll transfer you over." I know these jobs (by and large) aren't amazing, so it's always good to get an "atta-boy" every once in a while. Apparently Jesse is getting an "incentive" of sorts out of my talk with his manager this evening as well.
Jesse, I'm glad to hook that up for you (though I wish it could be a nice meal at Ruth's Chris for you and your best girl) - AND I'm calling back to give you another gold star because you got what I needed done (DNS assist).
