When you say something is "not working" we assume it's completely off
the rails and broken, finger painting the walls of its padded cell
with its own fæces, and that customers are furiously pressing F5 to
see if its working yet and all the while, we're losing money by the
picklebucketload. Expect me to be slightly annoyed when you didn't try
refreshing the page and everything works fine when I check it out from
on and off of our work network.
