didn't think the altitude in PC would affect how long it took to cook my taters

According to this (http://www.csgnetwork.com/h2oboilcalc.html) my
boiling temp is 199. I'd think that would be good enough to get these
potatoes cooked up properly in my curry. :( Taking forever…
