Tuna Tartare - "sushi-grade tuna with avocados with ponzu sauce"
Not quite. The tuna had gobs of connective tissue. It should have been scraped and maybe chopped. Sent it back. Yes, I was nice. Replacement appetizer:Mango Lobster Spring Roll It had lobster and mango in it alright. LOTS of mango with a little lobster. Of course, I wasn't expecting to get a whole tail. The mango could be more ripe but it was okay. Could have used 1/4 the amount of it though. The lobster flavor ended up being too subtle and was lost in it. Beer:
